Falling under the car when moving, taking a knock from a child's football, simply slipping from your hand during installation - even the most robust 7-in-1 wireless sensor is not immune to everyday misadventure. But, even if your outdoor sensor is permanently damaged beyond repair, there's no need to buy a whole new weather station simply to keep an eye on the weather. Your base station can continue to function perfectly. This sensor is the perfect replacement part for your 4-day 4CAST WiFi weather centre. The device is operated in much the same way as you are used to: Start by inserting the batteries (not included). While attempting to move the sensor, you accidentally drop it and the sensor stops working. If this sounds like you, this 7-in-1 wireless sensor is just what you need for your weather station. The BRESSER lightning detector keeps you informed during stormy weather. It displays a light signal when it detects a lightning strike within a range of approximately 40 kilometres. BRESSER Water Detector

Whether it’s the washing machine in your basement or the dishwasher in the kitchen, old appliances are susceptible to water leaks. The BRESSER water detector triggers a 90 dB alarm tone when it detects a leak. If the sensor is connected to your BRESSER weather station, a symbol will also appear on the display of your base station, allowing you to take action before the water causes serious damage. Also a handy helper in aquaristics, where leaks occur frequently, for example when the sealing gasket on the external filter needs to be changed. Please note that this item is a replacement item. The 5-in-1 sensor in not included! The base station from the 5-in-1 weather station - now also available individually - for an overview of measured values in multiple rooms. Place one base station in the living room and one in the bedroom to give you an ideal overview whichever room you're in. The clearly structured display on the base station also displays a range of historical data. It enables internal storage and evaluation of the measured data over a 24-hour period. Using the measured data, the weather station calculates a very reliable local weather trend forecast for the next 12 hours, which is indicated on the display by six graphical symbols. There is a programmable alarm function for maximum and minimum values, which can emit an acoustic alarm and light signal if either value is reached. A special frost/ice warning alarm can also be configured for outdoor temperatures below -3 °C. A poor indoor climate can pose a particular health risk for children and the elderly. The BRESSER 5-in-1 Weather Station offers a smart feature to help tackle this. The indoor climate indicator uses symbols to visualise the current status of the indoor climate.
